1st Annual Big Boy Toys Bike Show

The first annual Big Boy Toys, Bike Show will be held June 13th (next Saturday) at The Fashion Center (mall), in Harrison, AR. This is an open show, three trophies awarded to the top three winners. $10.00 per bike to enter the show. Boneyard Choppers will be sponsoring this show in conjunction with The Fashion Center. It is from 11:00 until 2:00 so that we don't get too overheated. The Fashion Center is also host to the Big Boy Toys! event featuring big names with big toys and is free for the public. There will be vendors set up including but not limited to: Yamaha of Harrison, Extreme Sports, Sunset Automotive, Boatworld, etc. There will be everything from huge RV's to classic muscle cars on display for the public's viewing pleasure. The HEAT will be the exclusive vendor. There will be displays inside and outside in the old Goody's parking lot. Please come out and join us.

Soldier killed in Little Rock Arkansas. PVT William Long killed June 1st at Army Navy Carear Center where he volunteered to tell others about his military experience. Also another soldier was wounded PVT Quinton I. Ezeaqwula by a drive by shooting. Abdulkhakim Muhammad said "I don't think it was murder because it was justified, because of the way the American Military conducts itself. The murderers real name is Carlos Bledsoe he is an Arkansas resident. He is currently being held in Pulaski County Jail in Little Rock Arkansas. The ride will start at Barton Park which is located 5 miles east of the county jail off of Roosevelt. Turn left on Howard St and you should be able to see the park on left. The ride will be held on Saturday June 13th, 2009 at Barton Park at 12:00 pm promptly. Will proceed to county jail and circle it twenty one times then all bikes will disperse. Diamond State Riders presents "Pipes for a Purpose" Bike Rally July 31st - August 2nd. Gates open Friday at noon and close Sunday at noon. Rally is being held on the Ouachita River on Highway 171 in Malvern Arkansas. Take I-30 to Malvern exit 97, turn right on Highway 171 and look for signs. Live entertainment Friday (Riff Raff) and Saturday (HIppy Holler) night. Biker games, contest, vendors and much more. This is an adult only rally, no one under the age of 18 will be allowed inside the gates. Alcohol is not sold on the premises however you are welcome to bring your own. Primitive camping is allowed on site and showers are available in close proximity. Entry fee is $15 for patch holders and $20 for no patch holders. Proceeds will assist needy families in the area.
